Are you a

Skanska natural?

If you’re ready to start out on your career journey, Skanska will support you every step of the way, with a challenging – and rewarding – programme of professional development. Our graduate opportunities are intended for people with a bachelor’s or master’s degree who are looking to specialise in a particular profession.

All are underpinned by a standard, two-year development programme that includes a graduate network and professional support group (these will be aligned to your professional pathway, e.g. ICE, RICS, CIOB, IStructE and ICES, to name but a few). You’ll also be given technical training and development that’s unique to Skanska, so you can really gain a thorough understanding of our approach and expectations.

You’ll complete a number of projects throughout your programme, all of which are designed to reflect our Skanska values. Not only that, they’ll provide you with a wider social network and a greater understanding of the UK business as a whole.

We offer a really broad range of opportunities that will help you develop your skills and experience, build on your degree and help you realise your career goals that much quicker. These could arise anywhere in the country, so please be aware that we may require you to be flexible on locations.
